12 CONCRETE and IMPACTFUL support for the SUMILAO farmers
(to end the 12 years of deceit, injustice and suffering)

1. Boycott San Miguel Corporation.
* Boycott products.
* Patronize alternative products preferably direct competitors.
* Block SMC HRD from joining school career fair. Our graduates should not join
UNETHICAL companies who practice INAUTHENTIC Corporate Social Responsibility.

2. Write to all publications:
* Letters to the Editors (for INQUIRER: fax 897-4793 / 897-4794 email: readersadvocate@inquirer.com.ph)
* Articles for school publications etcetera. You may visit www.slb.ph or www.sumilaomarch.multiply.com for a detailed backgrounder.

3. Use the internet to aggressively campaign for the Sumilao farmers' cause. Email blast, blog entries, online fora etcetera.

4. Text brigade using the text: "Support the Sumilao farmers' demand for Cease and Desist Order and Notice of Coverage, Boycott San Miguel products!"

5. Wear a shirt supporting Sumilao (available aat SLB, contact tel. 426-5968, hotline SUN-8600-SLB or 0922-8600752).

6. Join the JERICHO MARCH (non-stop walk) around Malacanang this February 6, starting with a 2:00 PM Mass at the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros.

7. Write letters to San Miguel Corporation c/o Mr. Ramon S. Ang, President, San Miguel Corporation, No. 40 San Miguel Avenue, Mandaluyong City or email rang@sanmiguel.com.ph / fax 631-6120.

8. Write letters to DAR Secretary Nasser Pangandaman asking for a Notice of Coverage. Department of Agrarian Reform, Elliptical Road, Quezon City. Email: nasserp@dar.gov.ph / fax 929-3088.

9. Write letters to President (?) Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Malacanang asking for a Cease and Desist Order. PGMA fax 736-1010, Presidential Legal Counsel Serge Apostol fax 736-1171.

10. Display a sign of support for Sumilao farmers in your homes and offices. Sample: "We SUPPORT the Sumilao Farmers' Walk for Land, Walk for Justice. Boycott San Miguel Products."
